Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with various tasks in our personal injury practice with a focus on catastrophic injuries.
- Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, and other correspondence
- E-filing pleadings with the court, submitting proposed orders, and serving documents
- Maintaining attorney calendars and case files; scheduling appointments, court appearances, and mediation/depositions and hearings
- Preparing trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings
- Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests
- Assisting with client interviews and communications
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Required skills:
- Well-organized and deadline-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Excel
